I purchased my first property at 19 and have personally owned 22 properties over the past 38 years — including rental portfolios, new construction condos, a commercial unit, and a custom-built home. I’ve renovated eight properties down to the studs and built one from the ground up.

Over more than two decades as a Realtor in Vancouver, I’ve worked through rising markets, tightening credit cycles, investor booms, and strategic exits.
