For more than two decades as a Vancouver Realtor, I've represented buyers and sellers through rising markets, downturns, changing interest-rate environments, investor booms and periods when simply putting a property on the market wasn’t enough.

I purchased my first property at 19 and have since personally owned 22 properties — including rental properties, new construction condos, a commercial unit and a custom-built home. I've renovated eight properties down to the studs and built one from the ground up.

That combination of professional and personal experience shapes how I approach real estate today. I take the time to understand the property and the market, develop a strategy, provide the information needed to make a good decision, and work towards the best possible outcome.
